I am ecstatic when a product lives up to its hype. I have been a loyal Toko wax consumer since my days as a ski technician in the early 90's. I have come across Swix, OBJ. and DaKine when I could not easily obtain Toko waxes, and thought this would be yet another substitute wax until I found Toko again. Well I have to say, this is the most versatile wax I have used under East Coast conditions. The 2009/10 season was met with man-made snow, record snowfalls, and slushy spring conditions. This product arrived just in time for the "sticky" spring condition and so I gave it a try. And it was the first time I had to check my speed this late in the season! I still experienced edge burn, but not as badly as with other waxes. This excellent product left me extremely impressed. I have since placed an order for 160 oz.
